Opening & Future

All about our opening, seasons and the future of Dinoland.

  • Are you guys open? +

    Starting Friday, April 2nd, we're open again, but not every day. Check the opening hours for current information.

  • Do you work with time slots? +

    No, we handle day tickets.

  • Is it true that Dinoland is going to close? +

    No. There are rumors in the media, but that is not the case. There is eventually housing planned in this area, but that is a multi-year plan. We will not leave until a good alternative location within Zwolle is found. So for now, we'll just stay!

Tickets, Booking & Payment

Practical information about tickets, changes, payment and gift certificates.

  • Can I make reservations by phone? +

    No, tickets can only booked online be through our website.

  • Do I necessarily have to book online? +

    This is our preference so we can spread out crowds better. You can also buy a ticket at the box office.

  • Can I buy a season pass or season ticket? +

    We do not currently offer season tickets. We are working on a loyalty system.

  • Can we rebook our reservation? +

    Yes, through the link in the confirmation email up to 1 day in advance.
    For a change from today to tomorrow or vice versa, please call (038-4680260).
    Cancellations can be made via info@dinoland.nl with your booking number and reason.

  • I can't pay online, now what? +

    Then you can buy a ticket at the box office.

  • Can I buy a gift certificate? +

    Yes. You will receive discount codes that the recipient can use to book online.

  • Is the museum year card or VVV voucher valid? +

    No, these are not valid at Dinoland.

  • Can we pay by credit card? +

    Yes.

Route & Practical

  • How do I get to Dinoland? +

    By car: via A28 exit Zwolle Zuid (18).
    By public transportation: about a 15-minute walk from Zwolle train station.

  • Are there lockers or lockers? +

    Yes, at the reception desk. Deposit €1 per safe deposit box.

  • Are there wheelchairs available for loan? +

    Yes, book via info@dinoland.nl.

  • How accessible is the park? +

    The park is wheelchair and mobility scooter friendly. Wheelchair toilets are available.

  • Do you have baby carriages to borrow? +

    Yes, we have free baby carriages available.

  • Is there wifi at the park? +

    Yes, there is free wifi.

  • Do you have charging stations for electric cars? +

    No, we don't.

  • Can I leave the park in between and come back later? +

    Yes, that's not a problem. You get a stamp when you leave.

    There are several indoor activities, including:

  • Can the dog come along? +

    Yes, dogs are welcome, except in the indoor arcade and laser game. Drinking bowls and a dog toilet are provided.

  • Is smoking allowed? +

    Dinoland is smoke-free. There is a special smoking area out of the sight of children.

  • Can I bring my own food and drink? +

    We prefer that you do not bring your own food, but fruit and candy are not a problem.
    For allergies or dietary needs, you may always bring your own food.

  • Do you have gluten-free food? +

    Yes, we have several gluten-free products and a separate fryer to prevent cross-contamination.
