Things can always get lost or forgotten. We try our best to return any items to their owner. Read here what to do if you lose any items, and what Dinoland does with lost and found items.
Have you lost an item during your visit? Please fill in the form below in as much detail as possible. As soon as we know whether your item has been found, we will contact you.
In principle, all lost and found items are registered per finding date and location where they were found. After registration, we first try to discover the rightful owner.
If we cannot contact you directly and quickly, valuable documents such as passports, ID cards and drivers licenses will be sent to the lost and found department of the municipality of Zwolle (tel. no. 14 038 of from abroad +31 38 498 31 38). The municipality of Zwolle then forwards the document to the local council where it was issued.
Lost and found school cards or bank cards are in principle returned to the organisation in question, if a return address can be found.
Lost and found items with a value less than € 450 are stored free of charge by Dinoland for three months. Following this storage period, the items will be destroyed or donated to charity.
Lost and found items with a value of more than € 450 will be sent to the lost and found department of the municipality of Zwolle at the end of the three-month period. The municipality of Zwolle is required by law to store the items for a further nine months.
Lost and found items can be collected free of charge from the park in Zwolle. We can also send them to you, subject to the costs of post and packaging.
