Frequently asked questions

I have been delayed and am not getting my time slot, can I still enter it?

If you are unexpectedly delayed, this is not a problem and you can still enter it at a later time.


Unfortunately I am not able to pay for tickets online, what now?

When online payment is not possible, for example because you live abroad, we exceptionally have the option to buy a ticket with a pin in the park at the checkout. This is only possible if the time slot is not yet full.


Can we rebook our reservation to another day?

Yes, this is possible. If it concerns a change from today to tomorrow or vice versa, we advise you to call us (038-4680260).
If it concerns a change for a date further away, we advise you to send an email to info@dinoland.nl with your booking number, the desired new date and the desired new time slot.


Can I still book a time slot that is already full?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to book on timeslots that are already full. We try to use time slots to ensure that not everyone enters at the same time.


Can I pay with a creditcard

Yes, this is possible.


The weather is bad, are there some activities covered?

Yes, various activities are covered in Dinoland, including:

  • The indoor playground
  • The Dinoshow
  • The T-rexpedition and cinema
  • Lasergaming
  • The Paleolab (searching for fossils, gemstones and gold, claying dinosaurs, etc.)
  • Exposing the skeleton (is outside but with a tent over the skeleton)

Can I get to Dinoland by public transport?

Yes, Dinoland is around 15 minutes’ walk from Zwolle train station. And less than 5 minutes’ walk from the ‘Oranje Nassaulaan’ bus stop.
From the station, take bus number 203 (towards Heerde Transferium / Apeldoorn) or bus 100 (towards Nunspeet).


Can I buy tickets online in advance?

Yes, you can buy them here. In season 2020, due to Corona, tickets can only be bought online and it is necessary to have bought a ticket prior to the visit.


Do I need to wear special clothing?

It is compulsory to wear closed shoes when on our climbing course (sandals or flip-flops are not allowed) for safety reasons.
Will you be visiting in the summer? Remember to bring extra clothing/towels if the children want to play with water.


Can I bring my dog to Dinoland?

Dogs are welcome at Dinoland. They are allowed everywhere in the park, except in the indoor play centre. Drinking bowls are provided for them at various locations.


Can I bring my own food and drink?

We’d prefer you not to bring your own food and drink. Bringing your own fruit and sweets is not a problem. If you wish to bring your own food due to an allergy or other reason, please first contact us via info@dinoland.nl or +031 (0)38-4680260.
