Corona measures

At present there are no Corona measures anymore

We are happy to receive you again. Safety for your children, yourself and us is paramount, which is why we have prepared the following measures:

Before your visit

    • Lower capacity
In order to ensure that a sufficient distance (1.5 meters) can be maintained, the number of visitors who can visit Dinoland per day is lower than normal.

    • Buy your ticket online
Because there are fewer visitors per day, it is necessary to book your visit in advance. We work with a start time so that not everyone enters at the same time. After entering you can stay until closing time. No cash registers have been opened. Reservations cannot be made by telephone.

    • Free tickets
Do you have paper free tickets for the 2020 season?
Please send us an email (info@dinoland.nl) with the following information:
Name, number of free tickets, numbers of the free tickets, desired date of visit.
We will book this for you and will confirm this by email. You must bring your tickets on the day of your visit!

During your visit

    • Customer Experience Team
Our Customer Experience Team is always ready to help. You can also come here with all your questions. The employees of the Customer Experience Team can be found at the blue umbrella.

    • Guidelines
Each activity contains advice and guidelines. We request you to follow this up. We also ask you to follow any instructions from our employees, so that we can make it a successful day out together.

    • Restaurant
Our restaurant is unfortunately closed, but on the terrace you can eat and drink. You can order at the bar outside the restaurant. The order can then be picked up in the restaurant.

    • Distance
Keep at least 1.5 meters away from other groups and employees.

    • Symptoms?
If you have symptoms such as coughing, sneezing or a runny nose, we request that you schedule your visit at a different time.

    • Contactless
This year we work in Dinoland as contactless as possible. This means that almost all payment traffic goes contactless.

    • Disinfection stations
You can disinfect your hands at various places in the park. We ask you to make use of this.

    • Staff members
Our employees are instructed and trained to maintain a safe and hygienic workplace for themselves and the environment for the guests. This means, among other things, that physical contact is avoided such as shaking hands. Employees stay at home with health complaints, so that they do not endanger the visitors.
